Our mission is to follow Jesus, love one another, and make disciple-makers!

Rock Point Kids

Rock Point Kids Ministry exists to glorify God by sharing the good new of Jesus Christ to the next generation.

“…We will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about His power and His mighty wonders.” Psalm 78:4

Everything we do at Rock Point KIDS points to Jesus. Our team, our space, and our curriculum are all focused on teaching kids to Worship Christ, Walk with Christ, Work for Christ, and Witness for Christ.

Sunday Morning:

Meeting Times

We offer classes during each Sunday morning service, at 9:00AM & 10:45 AM!

Check-In

Check-in begins 15 minutes before services start. If you are visiting for the first time, you will need to register your child by visiting the First-Time Families Desk in the hallway, where you will fill out an information card providing brief information about your family and your child.

After your first visit, you will be able to check in your child at the iPads in the hallway by typing in your phone number. Once your child is checked-in, two or three labels will print: one to put on your child, one for a diaper bag if you have one, and one that you’ll use to pick them up. When you drop them off in their classroom, you’ll add or highlight their name on the class list.

Parent Paging

If one of our Team Members needs you during the service, the number on your child's pick-up receipt will be flashed on the small digital screen in the Worship Center. We ask that you keep this number on hand and respond quickly if your child's number is flashed.

Child Pick-up

You must hold on to the pick-up label (the one with only numbers) during the service and show it to your child's classroom teacher when you return to pick them up. You can use the same pick-up label to pick up everyone in your family. This process is to ensure the safety of your child and our Team Members.

Kids Special Needs Ministry

Our Curriculum

Milestones

Milestones are opportunities "to celebrate and commemorate significant spiritual milestones of God's work in the life of the family and child" (The Village Church). Milestones provide opportunities for us to pause, reflect, train, and celebrate God’s calling and work in the lives of our families here at Rock Point Church by coming alongside families and equipping them in their child's spiritual journey.

Dedicate

Birth to toddler

Discover

Kindergarten to 2nd grade

Equipping families to lead their children to discover the wonder and truth of God's Word.

Decide

2nd to 4th grade

Equipping families to lead their children to decide upon a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Develop

4th to 6th grade

Equipping families to lead their children to develop a biblical understanding of their sexuality as persons designed by God in His image.
