Promotion Sunday (2).png

We have just finished up our EQUIP/ CAMP OUT where the kids learned about loving Jesus and following Him as the Light of the World. Love Jesus and love people!

A great way to teach your kids the concept of loving others is by serving others. How about doing this through the LOVE WEEK KIDS ROCK events? You can register your kids for these events by going to  Go to the events tab, LOVE WEEK, and projects.

On Monday, June 25, 10am-12pm, KIDS ROCK will be partnering with the Senior Adults as they pack boxes for Operation Christmas Child. This event is for 3rd-5th graders.  If your child is not in this age group, another way to support this event is to donate items for the boxes. Have your younger kids pick out items they want to donate. Visit the LOVE WEEK sign up site to choose from a list of items. Bring the donated items to the table outside of KIDS ROCK the week prior to June 25.

On Tuesday, June 26, 12:30-2:30pm ages 2 years through 2nd graders will be making items for the Animal Welfare League. We will be making dog treats, and various dog and cat toys.  We will have a special guest at the end of the event (:

Wednesday evening, June 27, 6-8pm kids in Kindergarten – 5th grade will be serving with KIDS AGAINST HUNGER as they mix and package protein meal packets. The packets are shipped to places in Indiana and even around the world.

So sign up and bring the kids out for these events and help them share the love of Jesus with others right here at home and around the world!! “Jesus is the Light! Follow Him!”
